Ingredients

  • 500 g Tagliatelle
  • Salz
  • 500 g asparagus tips
  • 1 handful fresh herbs (e.g., chervil, parsley, basil)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 cocktail tomatoes
  • pink peppercorns

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

    Simultaneously cook the asparagus in salted water for about 5 minutes to keep a slight bite. Rinse the herbs, shake dry, pluck and finely chop them. Mix with the olive oil.

    Drain the pasta and drizzle with the herb oil. Arrange the noodles into nests on plates and place one drained asparagus tip in each nest center.

    Serve garnished with washed and quartered tomatoes and pink peppercorns.
