Ingredients

  • 1 broccoli (500 g)
  • 400 g penne pasta
  • Salt
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 1 splash Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Pink peppercorns
  • 30 g Parmesan

Instructions

    Wash the broccoli and cut into small florets. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water al dente. In the last about 3 minutes add the broccoli.

    Peel the garlic, finely chop it and sauté in butter until translucent. Dust with flour, stir and brown lightly. Pour in wine while stirring, add a splash of pasta water (about 100 ml) and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, stir in cream cheese with lemon juice and season with salt.

    Drain the pasta and broccoli, spread on plates with sauce and grate parmesan over top. Sprinkle with crushed peppercorns before serving.
