- 400 g noodles (Crozet)
- Salt
- 200 g goat cheese roll
- butter (for the pan)
- 200 g crème fraîche
- Nutmeg (freshly grated)
- fresh chervil (for garnish)

Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente, drain and set aside. Slice the goat cheese into rounds.

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan and butter a baking dish. Whisk the crème fraîche smooth and season with salt and nutmeg. Spread the pasta in the dish, pour over the crème mixture, and top with goat cheese slices. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly, then serve garnished with chervil.
