Pasta with ground meat sauce is a recipe featuring fresh ingredients from the fruit-vegetable category.
Ingredients
- 200 g penne pasta
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 200 g mixed minced meat
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 100 ml instant beef broth
- Salt
- ground pepper
- parsley for garnish

Blanch the tomatoes for a few seconds, shock in cold water, peel, quarter, seed and dice finely. Wash, trim, halve and deseed the bell pepper, remove white membrane and dice similarly. Peel and cube the onion. Peel and mince the garlic.

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

Heat oil in a wide pan and crumble the minced meat with the onions; stir in tomato paste, season with salt and pepper, then add tomatoes and bell pepper. Pour in broth and simmer gently for about 10 minutes, taste again and mix with drained pasta. Plate and serve.
