Ingredients
- 2 carrots
- 150 g Frozen Peas
- 300 g turkey meat
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 red chilies
- 2 green chilies
- 350 g Chinese egg noodles
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 pack crab crackers

Prepare noodles according to package instructions. Peel, wash carrots and cut into large pieces. Wash chilies and slice into thin rings. Rinse turkey meat, pat dry, and cut into strips. Mix 1 tbsp soy sauce with cornstarch and water, then coat turkey strips in the mixture.

Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry turkey until browned, then remove. Add carrots and briefly stir-fry with peas. Return turkey and add noodles, mix remaining soy sauce and fish sauce, and cook everything for 4 minutes. Stir in chili rings and serve with crab crackers.
