Ingredients

  • 300 g fusilli
  • 200 g champignons
  • 1.5 Paprikaschoten (rot)
  • 1 Zwiebel
  • 1 Knoblauchzehe
  • 2 EL Öl
  • 3 Eier
  • 200 g Schmand
  • 100 ml Gemüsebrühe
  • Salz
  • Pfeffer
  • 1 EL Basilikum (gehackt)
  • Basilikum (zum Garnieren)

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to package instructions until very firm. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Wash, halve, core, remove membranes from the bell peppers and dice them. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.

    Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion mixture with the mushrooms, add the pepper cubes, season with salt and pepper, then set aside. Whisk the Schmand with eggs and broth until smooth, mix in the vegetable blend and basil. Drain the pasta, let it dry slightly, then fold into the egg mixture. Transfer everything to a greased baking dish and bake at 200 °C for about 30 minutes.
