Ingredients
- 350 g pasta (fusilli shape)
- 2 tbsp plant oil
- 20 g butter
- 1 onion
- 400 g lean bacon
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 200 g whipping cream
- 4 egg yolks
- 300 g grated Emmental cheese
- butter (for the dish)
- 1 bunch chives
- marjoram
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Cook pasta in plenty of salted water with oil until al dente, drain and set aside.

Peel and finely chop onion; sauté in butter until translucent. Dice bacon and fry until crisp. Add pasta, season with salt and pepper.

Grease baking dish, combine all ingredients. Whisk crème fraîche, cream, and egg yolks until smooth; fold in cheese and pour over pasta.

Season with salt and pepper, bake at 180°C for 20 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with chives rings and marjoram before serving.
