Ingredients

  • 125 g Snøfrisk Naturell (1 pack)
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 100 ml whole milk
  • Salt
  • coarsely ground black pepper
  • lemons
  • 450 g pappardelle (or pasta of choice)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 225 g cooked ready‑to‑eat shrimp
  • 4 Roma tomatoes
  • fresh basil

Instructions

    Slice a cross on the skin of each tomato. Then blanch the tomatoes for about 10 seconds in boiling water, followed by a quick dip in ice water so the skins can be peeled off easily. Remove the seeds and cut the tomatoes into bite‑sized pieces.

    Cook pasta in salted water to "al dente", drain in a colander, and transfer to a warmed bowl. Bring milk and cream to a boil, add Snøfrisk and whisk until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

    Finally add the shrimp. Pour the sauce over the pasta and garnish with fresh basil.
