Ingredients
- 500 g spaghetti
- Salt
- 1 EL Butter
- 1 TL lemon zest
- 1 clove garlic (pressed)
- 50 ml dry white wine
- 150 ml Heavy Cream
- 150 g grated Parmesan
- pepper (ground)
- 1 handful fresh oregano leaves

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan. Add the lemon zest and pressed garlic; sauté lightly for 1-2 minutes.

Pour in the white wine, then add the cream and parmesan (leave about 4 EL) while stirring constantly to thicken the sauce slightly. Season with salt and pepper.

Drain the pasta, let it dry briefly, then toss it into the cream sauce. Serve on deep plates garnished with remaining parmesan and oregano.
