- 250 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 500 g penne
- Salt
- Pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Garlic clove
- 0.5 bunch Basil
- 1 Shallot
- 150 g sheep cheese
- 1 small red chili pepper

Cook the penne in plenty of salted water until al dente. Chop the basil. Wash, deseed and finely chop the chili. Peel and finely chop the garlic and shallot. Sauté in olive oil until translucent. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes, then sauté briefly with the chili, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and stir in the basil. Drain the penne and mix with the tomatoes and sheep cheese. Serve immediately.
