Ingredients
- 500 g farfalle
- Salt
- 250 g Chicken breast fillet
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 250 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 spring onions (only the white parts)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chives rings
- 60 g grated Parmesan cheese
- field salad (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions in plenty of salted water until al dente. Drain well. Pat the chicken fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper. Wash and quarter the cherry tomatoes. Wash, trim, and slice the spring onions into diagonal rings.

Heat a grill pan and sear the fillets for 2–3 minutes on each side. Meanwhile, heat butter and olive oil in a large non‑stick skillet and sauté the pasta for about 3 minutes while stirring. Season with salt and pepper.

Remove the skillet from heat, stir in cherry tomatoes, spring onions, chives, and parmesan cheese. Toss briefly, plate the pasta, and arrange the chicken fillets on top. Garnish with field salad.
