Parmesan Cups with Caviar and Sour Cream

Ingredients

  • 80 g freshly grated Parmesan
  • vegetable oil (for the cups)
  • 4 tbsp Sour cream
  • 4 tsp caviar
  • 4 tsp salmon caviar
  • chives stems (for garnish)

Instructions

    Sprinkle a mound of parmesan into a non-stick, hot pan and let it melt for 2-3 minutes until lightly golden brown. Carefully lift the formed rings with a spatula and place them quickly over an oiled, inverted cup or similar to form a basket shape. Let cool and gently release from the cups.

    Add 1 tbsp sour cream and a touch of black and red caviar into each cup. Garnish with chives and serve.
