Spoonsparrow Parmesan chips with herbs and paprika are a tasty snack for a ketogenic diet. The chips contain 0 grams of carbohydrates!

Ingredients

  • 150 g parmesan cheese (30% fat in the whole)
  • 0.5 tsp dried rosemary
  • 0.25 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 pinch paprika powder

Instructions

    Grate the parmesan finely and mix with rosemary, oregano, and paprika powder.

    Drop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between them.

    Bake the cheese bites in a preheated oven at 180 °C (fan‑forced 160 °C; gas: level 2–3) for 8–10 minutes until they melt and turn golden yellow. Remove from the oven and let the parmesan chips cool.
