Ingredients

  • 250 ml milk
  • 4 tbsp Honey
  • 0.5 packet vanilla pudding powder (20-25 g, for cooking)
  • 1 tsp paranilla syrup
  • 2 finely grated cashew nuts
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 Bananas
  • 0.5 pomegranate
  • 1 tbsp orange liqueur
  • Lemon balm

Instructions

    Whisk 3 tbsp milk with the pudding powder and syrup. Bring the remaining milk to a boil with the cashews, stir in the prepared pudding mix, and add 2-3 tbsp honey. Pour into two small greased molds and let cool.

    Peel the oranges thoroughly with a sharp knife, removing the white pith and cutting fillets along the segments. Squeeze out juice and press the remaining orange pulp. Peel and slice the bananas. Separate the pomegranate seeds. Mix the fruits together and marinate with the remaining honey, juice, and liqueur. For serving, pour the pudding onto dessert plates and garnish with the fruit salad and lemon balm.
