1.
Coarsely chop the walnuts. Wash, dry and chop the parsley, setting aside some for garnish. Peel and finely dice the onion. Clean the chili pepper, remove seeds and cut into small pieces. Clean the bell peppers, wash them and cut into chunks. Pat the turkey breast fillet dry with kitchen paper and slice into strips. Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Meanwhile peel and crush the garlic. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic, onions and chili over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until translucent. Add the turkey strips and cook for about 2–3 minutes until done. Then add the bell pepper pieces, simmer for another 2–3 minutes and season everything with salt, pepper and a pinch of paprika powder. Drain the pasta in a colander and mix it with the parsley and walnuts into the turkey‑bell pepper mixture. Serve the paprika turkey pasta on plates and sprinkle with remaining parsley.
