Ingredients

  • 500 g turkey meat
  • 2 EL Butter
  • paprika peppers (1 red, 1 yellow, 1 green)
  • 0.125 l beef broth (from the jar)
  • 0.5 TL oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into fine strips.

  2. 2.

    Heat butter in a pan and quickly sear the meat over high heat; remove and set aside.

  3. 3.

    Halve the peppers, remove seeds, wash and slice into strips. Sauté in remaining fat for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper, then add broth.
