Paprika Ground Beef

This paprika ground beef is easy to prepare and tastes great for dinner, lunch, and is perfect for takeout.
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
- 300 g minced beef
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 tsp Sambal oelek
- 2 tsp paprika powder (sweet)
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 3 tbsp finely chopped parsley
Instructions

Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash, trim, halve, seed, remove all white membranes from the peppers and cut into large cubes.

Heat oil in a wok, add minced beef and onion, stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Add peppers and tomato paste, stir. Pour in vegetable broth, season with paprika powder, sambal oelek, salt, and pepper, then simmer for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
