Ingredients
- 3 paprika peppers (red, yellow and green)
- 40 g capers
- 50 g black olives (pitted)
- 200 g processed cheese
- 100 g grated Parmesan
- 100 g Gorgonzola
- 250 g quark
- 500 g cream cheese
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- Cress (for garnish)

Wash the paprika peppers, halve them, clean, peel (preferably with a vegetable peeler) and dice finely. Drain the capers and olives and chop both.

Warm the processed cheese with parmesan and gorgonzola while stirring until melted. In a bowl whisk the well-drained quark and cream cheese into a creamy mixture. Fold in the paprika, capers and olives and season with salt and pepper. Pour into a springform pan lined with cling film, smooth the top and chill for at least 3 hours. Release from the pan, remove the film and serve garnished with cress.
