Papaya Soy Milk

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp pine nuts
- 2 papayas
- 2 ripe pears
- ground allspice
- 500 ml soy drink (soy milk)
- honey
Instructions

Toast pine nuts in a non-stick pan without oil.

Wash papayas, cut off one end of one papaya, slice into two halves and set aside for garnish. Halve the remaining papayas, remove seeds, peel and dice. Peel pears, quarter them, remove core and chop small pieces.

Blend fruit pieces with allspice, soy milk and pine nuts until smooth. Sweeten to taste with honey, blend again.

Pour into 4 glasses and garnish with papaya slices.
