Ingredients
- 100 g tamarind pulp
- 150 g sugar
- 12 dried figs
- 4 stems mint
- 50 g salted pumpkin seeds
- wooden skewer
Instructions

Bring tamarind pulp, 1 l water, and sugar to a boil in a large pot.

Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes, replenishing evaporated water as needed.

Strain the lemonade through a linen cloth, let it cool, then sweeten to taste.

For serving, thread three figs onto each wooden skewer, top with mint leaves, and place on glasses. Serve the chilled lemonade with pumpkin seeds on the side.
