Papaya Yogurt Drink

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe papaya
  • vanilla pods
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 200 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 100 ml milk (1.5% fat)

Instructions

    Wash the papaya hot, pat dry, halve it, cut off two slices for garnish and set aside. Remove seeds from remaining papaya, peel and dice.

    Split one vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Blend papaya cubes, lemon juice, honey, vanilla seeds, yogurt and milk until smooth.

    Pour drink into 2 glasses, garnish with reserved papaya slices and serve immediately.
