Ingredients

  • 350 g apricots
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 EL agave syrup
  • 1 Orange (juice)
  • 100 ml coconut cream
  • 400 ml almond drink (almond milk)
  • 2 EL shredded coconut
  • 2 EL sliced almonds

Instructions

    Rinse the apricots, cool them in ice water, peel, halve and remove pits. Place in a blender. Peel the banana and cut into slices. Add agave syrup, orange juice, coconut cream and almond drink to the blender and blend until smooth.

    Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve sprinkled with shredded coconut and sliced almonds.
