Ingredients

  • Bio-Orange
  • 1 ripe papaya
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Vanilla pods (aroma)
  • 375 ml buttermilk
  • lemon balm leaf

Instructions

    Halve the papaya, remove seeds, peel, dice and blend with orange and lemon juice, honey, and lemon balm leaves in a blender until smooth.

    Fill two longdrink glasses with some ice cubes.

    Stir vanilla aroma into the buttermilk, pour over the fruit mixture, and garnish with lemon balm leaves.
