Ingredients

  • 4 slices thick white bread
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 125 g cucumber salad
  • 0.5 bunch basil (leaves)
  • 250 g mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 7 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp capers

Instructions

    Cut the bread into cubes and fry in 2-3 tbsp hot olive oil until golden brown, then place on kitchen paper. Wash and dry the tomatoes, cut them into wedges.

    Peel and chop the onion. Peel the cucumber and dice it small. Drain the mozzarella and cube it as well. Halve the garlic and rub the salad bowl with its tip.
