Ingredients

  • 1 Vanilla bean
  • 600 ml whipping cream
  • 4 tbsp Honey
  • 6 sheets white gelatin
  • 40 g chopped pistachios

Instructions

    Split the vanilla bean lengthwise and bring the cream and honey to a boil. Remove from heat. Soak the gelatin in cold water, then squeeze out excess liquid and add it to the hot vanilla cream, stirring until dissolved. Let cool with occasional stirring until the cream begins to set. Remove the vanilla bean, rinse four molds with cold water, fill them with the vanilla cream, and chill for at least 4 hours.

    Serve the panna cotta on dessert plates (if needed, briefly dip in hot water), drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with pistachios.
