Ingredients

  • 50 g walnut kernels
  • 50 g peeled hazelnut kernels
  • 100 ml apple juice
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp Honey
  • 4 slices panettone
  • 4 peaches

Instructions

    Coarsely chop the nuts and toast them in a pan until fragrant. Deglaze with apple juice and remove from heat. Stir in butter and honey, then let cool slightly.

    Divide each slice of panettone into 2-3 pieces and arrange on plates. Wash the peaches, halve, pit, and cut into wedges. Distribute over the panettone pieces and drizzle with nut-honey sauce before serving.
