Filled Pancake Rolls

Ingredients

  • 200 g Flour
  • 350 ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 bundle arugula
  • 30 g Parmesan
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese
  • 125 g salami

Instructions

    Whisk flour, milk, egg and salt until smooth, let rest for about 10 minutes. Rinse arugula, remove stems, tear into small pieces. Grate parmesan. From the batter bake 8 thin pancakes, allow to cool.

    Spread 1 tsp cream cheese on each pancake. Distribute prepared ingredients and salami on top, roll up and cut diagonally in half. Serve filled pancake rolls possibly wrapped in napkins.
