Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 125 g flour
- 0.25 l milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 jar plums
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 clove of nutmeg
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- powdered sugar
Instructions

Whisk together eggs, flour and milk with the sugar, let rest for 30 minutes. Heat butter and bake 8 pancakes that are not too thin.

For the plum compote, drain the plums, bring the juice to a boil with vanilla sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg, then add the plums. Mix cornstarch with a little water, stir into the compote, bring to a boil once more, then let cool.

Fill the pancakes with the compote and dust with powdered sugar.
