Crêpe Suzette by Spoonsparrow: the combination of thin pancakes, orange sauce and Grand Marnier is truly a flavor explosion!
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 300 ml milk
- 100 g flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Pinch of salt
- butter (for frying)
- 4 untreated oranges
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp orange liqueur (Grand Marnier)
- 1 tbsp cognac
- powdered sugar
- fresh mint
Instructions

Whisk the eggs, milk, flour, sugar and a pinch of salt into a smooth batter and let it rest for about 20 minutes.

For the sauce, wash the oranges hot, grate the peel from two of them and then peel the oranges so that all the white pith is removed. Cut the fruit segments between the membranes, catching the juice. Squeeze the juice from the other two oranges.
