Ingredients
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 Carrot
- 300 g salmon fillet (2 slices), halved
- 1 tsp ginger (freshly grated)
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- chili powder
- soy sauce
- 1 tsp Honey
- 3 tbsp oil

Wash and trim the zucchini, cut lengthwise into halves and then slice.

Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove seeds and white membranes, and cut into pieces.

Wash and trim the spring onions, cut diagonally into thin rings.

Peel the carrot and cut diagonally into slices.

Sauté the carrot in hot oil in a wok. Then add the remaining vegetables, garlic, and ginger, sauté for about 1 minute. Push to the side and sear the salmon on each side for about ½ minute. Add honey, season with chili powder and soy sauce, gently stir, and serve plated on bowls.
