Ingredients

  • 800 g firm-boiling boiled potatoes (cooked and cooled)
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 3 tsp chopped thyme leaves
  • 6 Garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Peel the potatoes and cut them into large, bite-sized pieces; dust with flour.

    Peel the garlic and halve if desired.

    Heat the oil in a wide pan, add the potatoes, and cook over medium heat until browned all around. Add the garlic at the end to brown slightly. Sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper.
