Easy to prepare pan pasta with creamed spinach and cheese, perfect for dinner, lunch, or take‑out.
Ingredients
- 100 g young spinach
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pack (350 g) Hilcona (Cappelletti pan pasta creamed spinach & cheese)
- 150 g whipping cream
- 40 g grated Parmesan
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Sift, rinse, and pat dry the spinach. Heat butter in a skillet and sauté the cappelletti for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally.

Remove the pasta, pour in the cream, bring to a boil, then add Parmesan (reserve some for garnish) and stir until melted. Add the spinach, season with salt and pepper, return the pasta, and toss to coat. Plate and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
