Ingredients

  • 30 g Butter
  • 1 package (350 g) Hilcona (Cappelletti Pan Pasta Mushrooms & Ricotta)
  • 50 g arugula
  • 40 g Parmesan
  • 30 g Kalamata olives
  • 2 tbsp balsamic cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Heat butter in a pan and fry the pasta for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally. Clean, rinse, dry, and cut the arugula into small pieces according to size. Grate the cheese finely.

    Arrange the pasta, olives, and arugula on a plate. Drizzle with balsamic cream and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
