Ingredients

  • 4 pork cutlets (about 170 g each)
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • Sweet Paprika Powder
  • 4 tbsp rapeseed oil

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 220 °C fan‑forced.

    Wash the cutlets, pat dry, season with salt, pepper and paprika. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the cutlets on both sides for about 2 minutes each. Transfer to a baking tray or casserole dish and bake for about 10 minutes until cooked through.
