Ingredients
- 4 plaice fillets
- flour
- 6 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 0.5 lemon
- salt (pepper)

Wash ready‑to‑cook plaice, pat dry. Season with salt and pepper, then coat in flour. Heat one tablespoon each of butter and oil in two pans, place the fillets skin side down. After 4 minutes carefully flip and brown the other side.

Remove from pan and keep warm. Add remaining butter to the pans, let it brown slightly, then add lemon juice. Plate the fish and garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
