Ingredients

  • 350 g Hilcona (pan‑fried pasta mushrooms & ricotta)
  • 1 pack Hilcona (arrabbiata sauce)
  • 100 g onions
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 4 tbsp hemp oil
  • salt, pepper
  • 150 ml Heavy Cream
  • 400 g beef fillet

Instructions

    Dice the mushrooms and onions. Slice the beef fillet into strips. Heat butter in a pan, cook the pan‑fried pasta for about 5 minutes while turning, then transfer to a plate. Next, heat oil in the same pan until hot.

    First sear the meat, then add onions and mushrooms and fry vigorously. Pour in cream and arrabbiata sauce, bring to a boil. Return the pan‑fried pasta from the plate into the sauce and warm slowly. Taste and serve.
