Ingredients

  • 2 small romaine lettuce hearts
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 250 g Maultaschen (ready-made or homemade)
  • 0.5 bunch Chives
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
  • 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt

  • 2 tbsp fried onions (ready-made or homemade)

Instructions

  1. 1.

Clean, wash, shake dry the romaine lettuce hearts and quarter them lengthwise.

  2. 2.

Halve, deseed, wash and finely dice the bell pepper.

  3. 3.

Cut the Maultaschen into slices about 1 cm thick.

  4. 4.

Wash, shake dry and cut the chives into rolls.

  5. 5.

Meanwhile, mix vinegar, 2 tbsp water and olive oil in a bowl. Add the diced bell pepper and chives. Season with salt and pepper.

  7. 7.

Arrange the salad quarters and fried Maultaschen on plates. Pour the paprika-chive dressing over them, sprinkle with fried onions and serve.
