Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 2 EL flour
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 2 lemons (juice only)
- grapes (dark and light)
- clarified butter for frying (ghee), or clarified butter substitute
- leaves of bay leaf (for garnish)

Wash and pat the chicken breasts dry. Drizzle with lemon juice and let marinate for about 30 min.

Pat dry again, season with salt and pepper, then coat in flour. Heat 2 EL clarified butter and fry the chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper.

Wash the grapes, halve them, arrange on a plate (add a bay leaf if desired), and place the chicken breasts on top. Serve immediately.
