Ingredients
- 1 chicken
- 2 EL oil
- 200 g potatoes (starchy)
- 2 onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 100 g almond kernels
- 2 EL yellow curry paste
- 300 ml poultry broth
- chili strands
- 1 bunch parsley
- Salt

Wash, pat dry, debone and skin the chicken. Cut into cubes.

Peel and grate the potatoes.

Peel the onions and garlic; slice the onions into strips and finely chop the garlic.

Brown the chicken in hot oil. Add onions, garlic, and almonds and sauté. Then add curry paste, potatoes, and chili strands, deglaze with broth. Cover and simmer gently for about 30 minutes. If needed, add more broth and finish with chopped parsley. Season with salt.
