Ingredients

  • 2 onions
  • 4 pickled cucumbers
  • 600 g ox tongue (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp chives rings

Instructions

    Peel the onions and dice finely. Slice the pickles into thin rounds and mix with the onion cubes and ox tongue slices.

    Whisk together the vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and honey to make a vinaigrette. Arrange the ox tongue salad on a plate, drizzle with the vinaigrette, and sprinkle chives rings on top.
