Ingredients
- 5 Regensburger sausages
- 0.2 l warm beef broth
- 1 tsp sharp mustard
- 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 2 tbsp germ oil
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
Instructions

Peel the Regensburger sausages, slice them thinly and place in a bowl.

Combine broth, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, and oil to make the dressing; pour over sausage slices and let marinate for at least 2 hours.

Before serving peel the onion, cut into rings, fold into the salad with chives, and adjust seasoning.
