Spoonsparrow Overnight Spelt Porridge with Psyllium Husk: Colorful Power Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 75 g spelt flakes
  • 1 tbsp Reformhaus® (brown & ground flaxseed)
  • 1 tbsp Reformhaus® (psyllium husk)
  • 300 ml Almond drink (Almond milk)
  • 4 tbsp Donath® Whole Fruit Bio Sea Buckthorn unsweetened (available at Reformhaus®)
  • 2 tbsp Reformhaus® (agave syrup)
  • 2 tbsp Reformhaus® (apricot softies)
  • 2 tbsp Reformhaus® (brown almonds)

Instructions

    Put spelt flakes, flaxseed and psyllium husk in a sealable jar. Add almond drink, Donath® Whole Fruit Sea Buckthorn unsweetened BIO and agave syrup, then stir thoroughly. Refrigerate overnight.

    The next morning slice apricots into strips and roughly chop almonds.

    Stir the overnight spelt porridge once more and divide between two bowls. If desired add a splash of almond drink. Top with apricot strips and almonds. Drizzle with a little agave syrup to taste and sprinkle flaxseed on top.
