A summer‑fresh lemon basil grill butter from Spoonsparrow that you can easily make yourself!
Ingredients
- 0.5 bunch Basil
- 1 Organic Lime
- 125 g butter (room temperature)
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Wash the basil, pluck the leaves and finely chop them.

Rinse the lime under hot water, dry it, and grate about 1 teaspoon of zest.

Cut the lime in half and squeeze out approximately 2 tablespoons of juice.

Combine the butter with the chopped basil, lime zest, and juice; season with salt and pepper to taste.

Refrigerate the butter for about 60 minutes until firm.
