- 2 smoked trout fillets
- 2 tbsp lingonberry compote
- 125 g sour cream
- 1 pinch salt
- pepper (ground)
- Lemon juice
- 4 tsp grated horseradish
- dill (for garnish)

Wrap the trout fillets in aluminum foil and heat them in a preheated oven at 180°C (gas: level 2-3, convection: 160°C) on the rack for 8–10 minutes.

Remove the skin from the trout fillets and cut the fillets into pieces. Arrange with a dollop of lingonberry cream and sprinkle with horseradish. Serve garnished with dill.
