Overnight Oats with Cherry Cocoa

Ingredients

  • 50 g delicate rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 250 ml milk
  • a pinch of salt
  • 200 g cherries (canned)
  • 1 cup Exquisa ZERO quark-yogurt cream cherry
  • 100 g dark chocolate

Instructions

    Mix oats, cocoa powder, agave syrup, milk and a pinch of salt in a saucepan and bring to a gentle boil while stirring continuously. When the porridge slightly thickens, remove from heat and let cool.

    Drain the cherries and allow them to dry well. Layer the chocolate oat mixture, cherries, and Exquisa ZERO quark-yogurt cream cherry alternately in 1–2 glasses.

    Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces, melt it over a double boiler, then spoon the melted chocolate as a topping over the glasses. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy straight from the fridge the next morning.
