Overnight Oats with Apples

The overnight oats with apples from Spoonsparrow are tasty and also very practical!

Ingredients

  • 150 g rolled oats
  • 50 g sultanas
  • 450 ml Milk (3.5% fat)
  • 2 Apples
  • 40 g pecan nuts
  • Ground Cinnamon

Instructions

    Add the oats, sultanas and milk to a sealable container, stir well, seal and refrigerate overnight.

    The next morning wash the apples, quarter them and remove the cores. Cut each quarter crosswise into thin slices. Roughly chop the pecans. Spoon 3/4 of the apple slices over the overnight oats and divide among four bowls. Sprinkle with the remaining apple slices, nuts and a pinch of cinnamon.
