Avocado Bagels

Enjoy the delicious avocado bagels with cream cheese and vegetables from Spoonsparrow for breakfast or lunch.

Ingredients

  • 200 g Cream cheese (13% fat)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 150 g cucumber
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 100 g cheddar
  • 2 Avocados
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 packet watercress
  • 4 spelt bagels

Instructions

    Mix the cream cheese with salt and pepper. Wash the chives, pat dry, and cut into thin ribbons. Mix them into the cream cheese.

    Peel, wash, and slice the cucumber and tomatoes. Clean the lettuce, remove leaves, wash, and pat dry. Shave the cheddar into shreds using a cheese slicer or paring knife. Halve the avocados, pit them, scoop out the flesh, cut into strips, and drizzle with lemon juice. Trim the watercress.

    Slice the bagels in half, toast to preference, and spread cream cheese on each half. Top the lower halves with the prepared ingredients and place the upper halves on top.
