Ingredients

  • butter (for the tray)
  • 1 kg waxy potatoes
  • 0.125 l olive oil
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 2 EL caraway seeds
  • 2 EL coarse salt

Instructions

    Grease the baking sheet with butter and preheat the oven to 220°C fan-forced heat. Wash the potatoes well and cut them lengthwise in half.

    Place the halves cut-side up on the tray and brush the cut surfaces with olive oil.

    Season with pepper, sprinkle caraway seeds and coarse salt, then bake for about 30-35 minutes until golden and tender. Remove from oven and serve.
