  • 1 kg waxy potatoes
  • 100 g butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Peel and wash the potatoes; depending on size halve them or cut into pieces and pat very dry. Heat butter in an oven‑proof dish until hot, add the potatoes, and bake uncovered for 15 minutes at 220 °C (200 °C fan‑forced; gas: level 3–4).

    Turn the potatoes once and continue baking for about 10 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
