Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 pack coarse sea salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 300 g thawed Arctic crab
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp chives

Instructions

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut crosswise in the upper half. Distribute the salt on four small baking dishes lined with foil and place the potatoes inside. Season with pepper and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30-40 minutes.

    Meanwhile, whisk the sour cream until smooth. Fry the Arctic crabs in hot clarified butter all around, then mix in the chives. Remove the potatoes from the oven, decorate them with the sour cream, sprinkle some pepper, and stack the crabs on top. Serve immediately.
